Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Please note that we process, ship, and deliver orders from Monday to Friday only. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Lead Time
Each piece from Studio Byobyo is crafted on demand. The lead time for creating a piece varies depending on the product type. Please check the Lead Time section on each product page before placing an order. For information on the lead time for bespoke orders, please get in touch with us.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside of South Korea may incur additional shipping charges. Furthermore, any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any inquiries regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for assistance. Studio Byobyo cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or any applicable duties that were incurred.

Delivery Time
Studio Byobyo has no control over the delivery time. Delivery time can always vary depending on the postal situation and customs clearance. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or returned packages due to an incorrect address during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly for assistance.

Returns Policy
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because each piece is made-to-order and creation begins shortly after purchase, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, we may no longer be able to cancel the order, and the request will be handled in accordance with the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Studio Byobyo creates handmade, made-to-order pieces with care and intention. For this reason—and to support sustainability—we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly ask that you review the item descriptions and images carefully before purchasing, and we are always happy to answer questions to help you choose with confidence.
If your item arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately after opening the package and provide clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to assist and resolve the matter promptly.
Refund
All sales are final and refunds are not provided, except for cancellations requested within 12 hours of payment. If your order is canceled within this time window, a full refund will be issued. Please note that deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.
In rare cases where a special refund arrangement has been confirmed and approved (outside of cancellations), the agreed refund amount will be issued excluding shipping fees and any costs incurred due to customs or duties.
To protect both our customers and our company, Studio Byobyo may decline refund requests that fall outside the terms above or involve suspected misuse or fraud.
